Description

The Cryptic Eyes's fierce feline fighter, Whiplash

Height: 85 meters (fully reared) / 55 meters (all fours)
Length: 191 meters
Mass: 20,000 tons
Rank: 3

Description:
Whiplash is like any other cat. She's fast, agile, and predatory. She's as cruel as Ketos and as speedy as Drakia. She enjoys toying with victims and relishes the thrill of the hunt. She has no foes- only prey. Her love of torturing and killing borders on sadism. She quite literally has no mercy. And why should she? In her amber eyes, she is the most important thing to ever live. She is thoroughly infected by feline vanity. To her, the sacredness of life ranks far below her need to be amused. Even when faced by a much larger or stronger foe, she'll refuse to back down, convinced she can triumph against all odds. These delusions of invincibility are not so far fetched. Whiplash fights like a demon, clawing, biting, and slashing with her bladed whips and tail in a ghastly dance of bloodshed. Despite her relative frailness and lack of brute strength, she's a deadly warrior and should be faced with caution even by heavyweights. She has both the patience and the pride to fight for hours to wear down a foe. She is a threat best taken down swiftly.

Powers:
-Bone Claws: Whiplash can use her claws and teeth as well as any other cat, slashing, hacking, and tearing at foes; in anything, she has an advantage over her smaller kin by way of her trademark weapon- bone; her claws- which are literally bone blades growing from her fingertips- are deadly and fast, whistling through the air with a hollow war song as she slashes them; she generally targets the throat or belly of foes, this tactic tracing back to her huntress ancestors
-Bone Blades: Whiplash has wickedly sharp blades of bone rising from all four of her limbs, and is limber enough to use them all as she twirls through the air like a furred drill
-Flesh Whips: Long, organic whips sprout from Whiplash's forearms, formed from two fused fingers and an extension of her skeletal system; razor-edged blades of bone tip these whips, making them potent weapons; the bone blades are able to part energy attacks just as easy as they split flesh, making blood or blasts fly from them in both directions
-Pike Tail: like her whips, Whiplash's tail is tipped by a bone blade, although this one is much larger and far more deadly, made of three sharp prongs instead of just two; able to part energy attacks or meat just as her whips do, but with an even more gruesome effect
-Bone Twister: in Whiplash's most dangerous technique by far, she spin rapidly and lets her limbs fly limp; her bone-edged whips and axe-like tail become both a nearly impenetrable defense and a brutal offense, capable of deflecting nearly all physical attacks, scattering beams to the wind, and dealing out horrifying cuts; she can keep this up for a very long time, but rarely uses it for more than a few seconds, as she can't see well during its use
-Cunning: Whiplash is a very wily and intelligent creature; her tactics can be both brilliant and totally unpredictable, giving her a lethal edge in combat; no one seems to understand how her deluded brain works, and this makes her dangerous
-Stealth: the vain cat is a master of stealth, able to creep up on and ambush foes like an oversized tiger or puma; her footsteps are silent as death and her blades as sharp
-Acrobat: Whiplash is extremely fast and light on her feet, able to leap high over attack or twist between flailing claws with lethal precision

Weakness:
-Whiplash will refuse to ever back down or surrender under all circumstances, to vain to imaging herself falling

Bio:
Seeing the potential of focused, trained monsters, Gareth Knight began work on a new project. It wasn't quite one of his more prized fighters like Banshee or the Lepus Brothers, but it was far more than a throwaway monster like Carrion or Serration. Through one of his many connections, he was able to get his hands on a bit of the serum that created Rhact- locked away for its dangerous nature. Using it in carefully measured doses on an unborn cat, he eventual ended up with a small kitten. The tiny creature had odd meaty stubs on its front paws. The beast grew rapidly, becoming a giant within just under two months. As she matured, Knight trained Whiplash to be vain and cruel. She was forced to learn how to fight quickly through brutal training sessions with Apex and Anorgon. Her strange stubs soon developed into fleshy whips, tipped by jagged bone. The same bone structures grew from her tail. To survive, she had to become merciless and cold-blooded. Combined with her pride, this had some negative effects on her training. She tried to rebel against Knight. Banshee quickly put Whiplash in her place, scarring her permanently. This left her with an intense hatred of the deformed reptile.

Now fully grow and trained, Whiplash debuted in Moscow, quickly tearing into the iconic city. In response, the G.A.K.F. swiftly sent Sid and Zelus to face the great cat. But however much the duo tried, they simply couldn't get past the feline's twister technique. Sid was nearly gutted by a particularly thoughtless lunge. It seemed the two were at the mercy of the fierce mammal. Luckily, help soon arrived. Rhact stormed the scene, stopping Whiplash's spinning with his own bone blade. Furious, the cat pounced on the rat. Outnumbered and stripped of her main defense and offense, she should have retreated. But her vanity wouldn't let her. Instead she fought a loosing battle. Although she battled like a raging demon, she was soon defeated. While Sid held her in place, Rhact dealt a savage blow to her, slicing her open from shoulder to hip. Zelus then subdued her with a small dose of venom.

While she recovered, she was shipped to Giant's Gate One. But she escaped as soon as she woke up, disappearing into the night without a trace. Knight sent out Banshee to track her down, but the dark lizard never found the cat.

Additional Info: Whiplash is a bit of a homage to the Warriors series by Erin Hunter (actually a pen name for writers Kate Cary, Cherith Baldry, and Tui Sutherland, as well as editor Victoria Holmes). The scar on the bridge of her noise and the 'V' in her right ear are taken directly from Tigerstar's description. He's one of two villains that I got my basis for Ketos from- the other is Goth from Silverwing.
